Today June 13, 2022, at this store the Humanity and compassion that the manager Johnny Navaro displayed is exactly why If you know me you know that I don’t go anywhere else but Publix, why? Because no one can compare how great their customer service is. Above and beyond thank you.

Daniel, the assistant manager is a rude anti Semitic person. He should go back to training in customer service,.. if that would change him. He lies and does anything to protect his employees at the deli, who sneeze on the machines, wear mask poorly, and says they have allergies, so its alright. What a loser.

Best Publix around. Excellent Service, they are helpful and make my special needs child feel like a princess. Love the place.

This Publix is the rudest Publix I’ve been too. They rudely kicked me out after I had a cart full of groceries. Because they claimed that dogs were not allowed. Even after I specified that my dog was a service dog. They then made a little old lady clean the cart in front of us. Like if we were infested.

Honestly this is the worst Publix in Miami! The ladies at the deli are the rudest (every single one) Ihave seen by far. Go to the one at 87 and Coral Way there nice over there.

I would give the store a higher rating if it weren’t for their extremely slow deli service particularly with their sandwiches. The workers at the station take their time and every movement they make is at a snail pace. I was waiting in the sandwich line for over 15 minutes and the customer behind me conveniently started speaking spanish to one of the deli workers who chose to take her ahead of me for the sandwiches instead and pulled her to the side. Its plain disrespectful and hurts their business. Management, please fix this issue. Everyone should be treated fairly regardless of the language they speak.

I really try not to write negative reviewS but when I believe our community can benefit FROM A CONSTRUCTIVE review without throwing egg in Publix’s face, I do it. Folks, we need a better service staff for this publix Deli ASAP. My fourth time here during peak and off peak lunch for subs... what a head ache every single time. The language barrier is not so much the issue but the customer service... give it a try and let me know if this review is honest.
