Best mailing service in Watertown, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Waited all day for package with tracking saying it had been loaded on truck at 5:30 am. Updates kept showing it was out for delivery until about 7:15 pm when it changed to an address error. I verified that the address was correct. Angry because this should not have happened. Poor customer service when trying to get information. This is a food item and with a big snow storm coming tonight and tomorrow I’m sure I won’t be getting my package tomorrow either. Very unsatisfied customer. I’ll follow this review up after tomorrow when I see if I get a phone call as promised and a time for my package delivery. ~Roxanne

I'm on hold as I write this review, with the horrific Squelching piano music, been on hold for 9 minutes and 30 seconds now. Don't suspect anybody is picking up at this point, I'm just to committed to hang up now! Ok, I'm hanging up at 14 minutes and 26 ish seconds on hold, waiting for someone in the photocopying center to ask if they do a specific type of photocopies. I will call a real print shop tomorrow. I has to edit this, as soon as I hit "POST", the person finally answered, but they still get the bad review. I told him I was on hold for 14 minutes and said nothing, no, "we are busy, sorry for the long wait"! ~Alfonso
