Eric Gonzalez was amazing in talking me through shipping my stuff from Studio City to Seminole FL. He was very helpful, understanding to my needs and got me through a very stressful situation. I actually called up and communicated with 13 other Freight companies in the US and no one was as kind and helpful like Eric. Also the pick up from my private residence in Studio City and delivery to my home went very smoothly. The driver who picked up was courteous and kind. Wish I remembered his name. My husband was the one who received the delivery and he said everything was in good order. Of course the covering was dusty but that’s expected. Cannot say enough about Freight run.
