Came in to get my jewelry cleaned. When I walked in, no one said a word to me. After waiting for 15 minutes still nothing. I had to walk out because I don’t have time to stand around. Very disappointed!

I came into Kay's with the expectation of needing to know what I was looking for and being in and out in a traditional jewelry store fashion. I was greeted very promptly by an extremely professional and caring female salesman. I misplaced my receipt, so I can't recall her name. I told her early on that I didn't know what I was looking for, but a bit about my story that would help her point me in the right direction. She was exceptionally patient and removed a lot of stress from the event. We found a necklace that was, in my opinion, perfect for what I was looking for. My wife ended up agreeing when she was presented with the gift. Thank you for a great experience and a phenomenal representative.

Just to let you know just to let people know if you pay cash for something at the jewelry store. They probably will not have your cash ready when you bring it back. They will have to mail you a check up to 10 days to receive it.

Anybody that is looking for GREAT customer service and care I highly recommend Mariah at Kay's Jewelers in Hendersonville TN. She has been wonderful! I bought my ring at the Bowling Green location and the customer service there has not been great at all, highly disappointed but Mariah stepped in and helped out anyway she could! Im very grateful and happy working with her and you will be too!

I don’t normally give poor reviews, but shopping for wedding bands should be fun... and this staff made it a headache!! The worst customer experience... I would not even give this location one star. 1) They were snobby and didn’t listen at all. 2) They didn’t try to help or offer other solutions. 3) They had literally no selection of inventory to choose from. We left and felt so discouraged... then went to the Rivergate location... 100% different experience!! Go there instead!! Rivergate Kay’s listened to us and worked within our budget to create a great option for what we were looking for. I don’t understand how they are they even the same store???

I went in on Friday to buy my fiance’s engagement ring. The staff is amazing, they were all very helpful and professional. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews here recently but they were nothing like the reviews when I went in on Friday. I will be back soon and recommend to any and everyone.

The staff here are almost all very unprofessional and immature. When I came in I was treated as a burden because I was told I didn’t have a “case piece”. After explaining that they didn’t listen to the fact that I asked them to change the phone number and they hadn’t and them finding my account and realizing it was they left the new employee to take care of me. He was a very kind gentleman and was trying his best and asking ligitimate questions that anyone would ask and the other employees huffed and were extremely condescending to him. After finding out that they told him wrong about how to put my service order in when it could have been right had they even halfway listened to what he was asking it caused my ring to be separated from the enhancer and not on any order to track it. Finally after many phone calls they found my ring. But due to how rude they were to the young man training I won’t go back. Maybe if they weren’t so focused on babysitting someone’s child during work they wouldn’t have been so annoyed.

Amazing staff! Went above and beyond my expectations. I will only buy jewlry from Kay's, the lifetime warranty they offer is what sold me. They have the longest return and exchange policy of any other jewlers in the country. The hendersonville store staff was very courteous and respectful. Just like anything you get what you give. I walked in happy and left even happier, if that was even possible.

Wow! I have been looking for a ring for my wife,Today i went in to Kay Jewelers in Hendersonville I was immediately greeted by Destiny Anderson. She knew exactly what I was looking for,She was very professional and considerate of what I was looking for. I would recommend Kays to anyone I have bought a ton of jewelry but i was never treated like I was a prefered customer thank you so much Destiny Anderson you get a 5 star rating from me.

I would strongly advise for you to not use this store location nor Kay Jewelers as a whole. They lost my engagement ring through complete negligence. My fiancée went through the process of custom making my engagement ring through another business years ago and I made the mistake of trusting Kay to repair the lose diamond that they pointed out when I tried to get it cleaned. Not only did they not follow up on my shipment with the repair shop/ups, but they also did not take my concerns seriously when I advised to them that my ring should have been returned by now according to the initial timeline explained to me. It wasn’t until my continued efforts that finally someone took my complaint seriously and decided to look into the matter. It turns out that a shipment of $15,000 value just went missing, unbeknownst to them because they do not value any of our most prized possessions. It wasn’t until today, with my complaint, that they decided to start an investigation. Had I not come in, my ring along with other people’s jewelry would have continued as missing because no one within their establishment had any intentions of following up on the order beings that they didn’t even realize it was missing. My fiancée spent a month custom making that ring, and in even shorter time Kay Jewelry managed to make clear that they have no value for that time or my attachment to the ring. They informed me that if the ring is not found, they will only replace up to the value of what was turned in. My value of the ring means nothing to them. We, the customers, mean nothing to them. Save yourself the deviation and never use this company.
