I came into Kay's with the expectation of needing to know what I was looking for and being in and out in a traditional jewelry store fashion. I was greeted very promptly by an extremely professional and caring female salesman. I misplaced my receipt, so I can't recall her name. I told her early on that I didn't know what I was looking for, but a bit about my story that would help her point me in the right direction. She was exceptionally patient and removed a lot of stress from the event. We found a necklace that was, in my opinion, perfect for what I was looking for.
