I just moved to Connecticut and just got my first apartment. I moved from Pennsylvania and the move has been difficult. But this mattress purchase experience could not have been any better. Victor at this Mattress Firm was incredibly helpful but not just that, he was very personable and really helped me feel comfortable just small talking while also figuring out the best mattress for me. He helped me get the mattress I wanted at the price that I could afford. He didn’t feel the need to show me mattresses that were completely outside my price range or that I had no interest in buying but instead listened to my actual wants and budget and helped me find the perfect mattress. It’s coming tomorrow and I’m so so excited to start sleeping on it. Victor was an absolute gem of sleep expert and after 5 previous not so great mattress shopping experiences, this one really made all the others irrelevant. Thank you Victor and Mattress Firm for helping make my move 5.5 hours from home, so much easier and more enjoyable!

My wife and I went mattress shopping for a specific mattress. We decided on Mattress Firm after looking around at many sleep stores, the proximity to our home and the selection were the main considerations. We told the salesman what we were looking for and he showed us the mattress that we were looking for. After some questions, we decided to try out a number of mattresses. We picked an entirely different one. We chose one with an adjustable base. Actually there are two and King size, we have a Queen now. The salesman was very thorough and took the time to listen to our concerns and in the end, we got what we came for; a better night's sleep.

The staff is super knowledgeable not only about their product but how to make sure each individual chooses the right bed for their needs. I went in with a small budget and did not find them pushy at all. They took the time to help me, just the same as a higher budget customer, to find just the right mattress for me within my means. The sales staff at the Middletown store is exceptional as well as super friendly. Lori was thoroughly informative and extremely patient with our indecisiveness while never adding any pressure to purchase. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel listened to and heard and not pushed. Justin was a great salesperson and his coworker Victor was also friendly. Justin was not pushy in selling me the most expensive bed. I was lucky to get deals due to President’s Day sales and Justin helped me to get whatever deals I could.
