Extremely disappointed with my purchase here. The couch they delivered is significantly different than the one we tried out in the showroom. The sofa has no support, and the cushions just sink into the couch. There’s also a huge gap between the couch & cushions you can see the floor through. I contacted customer service, and they sent a technician out to check the couch out. He said “yeah that’s just how it is, we can’t do anything” and left. But that’s not just how it is considering the one I sat on at the store had plenty of support. I’ve had this thing less than 2 months, have had to contact customer service multiple times, and my couch looks 5 years old already. I can’t wrap my head around how I paid $2300 for a sofa & loveseat that are such poor quality.

Bob's sales people are great. They don't hassle you and they are always looking to give you the best experience. I purchased a sofa sectional about 6 plus years ago and it is still in great shape and color. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My first time to the stores last Tuesday. The impression I had was imagine. The customer service was excellent by Ron, one of the associates. He was extremely helpful, he explained everything clearly and finally he helped me found the mattress that I like. I am so grateful for his patience walked me all the way through. Whenever you’re shopping at Bob’s in Newington, make sure to ask for the salesman Josh! He helped my boyfriend and I pick out the perfect dining room table for our new home. He was super helpful with any questions we had and never pressured us into anything. He also gave us space whenever we needed it to make a decision instead of just hovering as most salespeople do! He’s the tallest guy in the store…and yes he told me it’s okay to say that!! So thank you again Josh for all of your great help!

Our salesman Ron was incredible. We just went through an order issue with the warehouse and Ron basically fought to have our order found so we could pick up on the day we were originally told instead of 3 weeks out. Aside from our salesman, customer service was an absolute disgrace and had no idea about anything that was actually going on. She was incredibly rude and said she didn’t have the capability to see what the warehouse or salesmen could see and that was really it.

Purchasing our new furniture was easy. The salesperson had very little to do except write up the invoice. We weren't pressured at all which we appreciated very much but I have to say that the delivery of our new furniture was fantastic. The drivers were early, polite, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. They did an excellent job. Bob's Delivery Service is absolutely top notch.
