WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Phones ro departments will not be answered. Only way to reach a manager is to call the Pharmacy and beg them to put it on the public address. When we order groceries for pickup often the phone is not answered...my wife once waited 2.5 hours past the allotted time for our online order. Have called and reported to Walmart Corporate many times but NOTHING changes. On most occasions I have the Corporate operator attempt to get a manager here and they fail also. HEB....here I come!

Curbside pick up. Left waiting. Enquired with a member of staff and still left waiting. Had to go inside to queue for customer service to get directed to an area marked as staff only to get my purchase. Took a little over an hour. Would of been quicker to have bought instore at the checkout.

Heavy set girl who works in the return center was very nasty and rude from the jump and had a frown on her face like she didn’t feel like being at work. She then told me I couldn’t return a wrong size tv mount I received as a gift because it was over $50. The team lead on duty then told me I could exchange for a smaller size mount and get the difference on a gift card. Once I made the exchange, the manager & purposefully refunded $28.82 to a OTC gift card that can only be used for qualifying purchases. Had to go back in the store to have them once again provide me with a regular gift card and was told that I was just mad. Both workers should be shamed of themselves. Will also be reporting to corporate

If I could give zero stars I would Is the WORST for delivering groceries Every and I mean EVERY order is missing something today was the last straw 16 yes 16! Items missing anything that was cold was missing so yet another call to be told they found my missing “bag” hello 16 items including 2 gallons of milk don’t fit in “a bag” was told they will deliver my missing items in 45 minutes if not call them back. Hour and 15 later I call back guess what? Yup you got it can’t find my items. So I did the rational thing canceled my delivery membership sent an email and now here I am. Is not customer service issue, isn’t delivery driver issue is the management issue. Worst Walmart management ever. Will never shop here again shoot I won’t even drive through the parking lot to get to hobby lobby. Great job Walmart! You stink!!

Amazing employees that would go the extra mile to help my daughter find an item. Especially Marla, who not only looked up item on phone, but called someone to try and find it and then walked the store with my daughter. Even though item not found, the time and effort was appreciated.

Ooook Walmart on 529! Yall have come back from the 2 and 3 star grave lol! A few months ago, I visited and the store was a mess. But TODAY, the store was organized, clean, restrooms clean, and it felt very fresh in there. Even my daughter remembered and said "wow it feels different in here mama." Oh! And they had the rollbacks rolling! The toy aisle was filled with wonderful goodies that were priced back and the shoes were too! We got some cute sandals normally priced at $10 for $6 and $5. OH! And best of all, this little Justice set that was originally $30 rang at only $7.50! I grabbed two of them for my kiddo! Very happy and will be returning!

Asked a garden center employee if the registers were being used and he rudely responded NO with no explanation or concern at all. Greeter in the garden ceneter just stayed on her phone and didn't even greet me and my wife and after we said good morning to her. The front door greeter was very nice and courteous though. This was at 9 am in morning

I speak to an associate about the price. But then he call this lady. Who supposed he called “supervisor”. But she was Very rude. Like no where did it mention that it’s 13.99. But she still wants to argue that this is the cost. She keep on mentioning that if we could pull up a tag with that barcode number then she gonna price match it. I don’t care if the code does not match. The fact that a total of three boxes were there and the surrounding area are around 6-7 dollars. But she won’t match the price as it’s not the correct price. First I want to point out. How are you gonna enforce the price when there is no price. I get place in wrong spot but a box might be a mess up but a total of three box are not a mistake. She mention it’s in between the tags. Unless I’m blind. Cause I don’t see it. She lacks the proper customer service skill. I don’t even know how she was even promoted to supervisor. This is one way to lose a customer. She escalated the problem instead of looking for solutions. What’s the point of manager. It’s to enforce the policy and de escalate the situation and not to escalated instead. She ruin my experience of shopping there.
