I was directed to the night shift supervisor Carlos to unlock a locked shelf as he had the keys, when I approached him he cut me off mid sentence and loudly (so his night shift buddies could hear) told me “sorry bro no one can help you I don’t have keys”, with a smirk. (I later learned that was false)I asked what I should do and he told me to go ask someone else, when I walked away he started laughing with his buddies which I thought was weird. when I found another associate she also laughed when I I told her he sent me here, when I asked why she told me it’s because he also has keys. Never talked to the guy before this so I don’t know what I did for him to lie and intentionally prolong me from getting my item, he definitely wasn’t busy because when I walked up he was talking and laughing with his buds, I was also very polite even when he treated me as if I was intruding on his chit chat. So I guess he just thinks it’s funny to not do his job and intentionally inconvenience the people he’s supposed to help. Can’t believe that’s a supervisor of this store

I bought a sandwich at the deli wichitadd the deli which you took for the only one person working for the hall's entire store at how you start at the daily it took him like half an hour just to make my sandwich

I'm a tourist visiting from Canada and when I paid for my groceries, I handed her a hundred dollar bill and she rudely said, "No, no, I don't have change. Either you have smaller bills or you get out." I could've understood it if she said it politely, but she treated me like I was one of the homeless people loitering outside their store. I ended up having to use my credit card that charges a foreign transaction fee. (She was the only one working the cashier at around 12:30 am, Saturday)

I visit this Vons store located on Sunset and Vermont Ave. The professionalism that I received from the store manager by the name of Angelica. She was pleasant and professional while assisting with my transaction. I would like to say on a scale of 1-10 she deserves a top 10. Good job. Renee

very clean well organized store. produce is fresh and delicious. meat section has delicious flavorful new york steaks. fresh sushi to go. great market, expensive but all markets are.

on the street, near the store, it is always dirty and there is a lot of rubbish. very long queues and few ticket offices. the staff is rude. the manager behaves inappropriately, allows himself to speak rudely, to touch me. and even in this store, the price on the price tag often does not coincide with the real one! and you will find out about it already at the checkout. many discounts don't work. I do not recommend this store.

Nice and clean Von's with an exceptionally nice fresh fruit and vegetables section..The store also includes a Sushi bar and a fresh Deli section with freshly made food including several types of chicken (roasted, fried or seasoned). A nice Starbucks is just inside the front door, to the right..

love that they have security!! fast and friendly customer service! :) #lovevons kinda cool cuz you can sometimes see the helicopter bring in or pick up someone on the hospitals Hell-O-Pad. its a cool sight to see
