Horrible customer service. Entered at 4:50 and the lady is giving me attitude and extremely unhelpful because it’s “closing time”. I guess they close at 4:50, not 5.

The post office is slow at work. There is always a line and I always end up waiting for about 20-30 minutes just to ship something. Don’t even need the receipt because shopping has been paid for I just need them to scan it and ship it. Really irritating may as well go to the Brighton one which is much quicker with the same size line.

Usually I have nothing bad to post about this post office, but as of lately, I have had some major delays in my shipments, I get it with covid and now the holidays. My issue is I cannot go there in person and have tried to call an no one picks up. I had a package sent out, seen them pick it up at my mailbox, 5 days later it still has not been scanned into their system. It's very frustrating that I cannot get anyone to talk to me and help locate my missing package that I know is in their care.

THIS USPS is a god send!!!. I do not know why there are so many bad reviews but this place is great. They have never let me down shipping a package. I would recommend pre purchasing a label to save money though.

Little small town post office. Easy to get in and out. Sandy is a great lady and works long days running that place. I wish they did my main mail because Pinckney Post Office SUCKS!

Ive showed up here twice to mail stuff this week and each time whoever is working takes customers, then once they leave they lock the door and turn the lights off to close for a period of time for god knows what reason. Do you know how frustrating it is to drive somewhere to do something during open hours and you can't because whoever is working decides to shut the place down temporarily without at least putting a sign or SOMETHING up letting people know WHEN you will be opening your doors up???!

A very small full service Post Office. Very helpful clerks. I do about $10,000 shipping a year through this PO and have never had a problem. They even do Passports.

Very helpful when I was tracking packages which did not arrive timely. Also helpful on the phone when making arrangements to pickup packages that did not fit in my box. Often, due to Pinckney being the mail carriers for the area, tracking shows that packages have arrived when they are still in transit from Pinckney to Whitmore Lake. I appreciate having a small town post office which knows their patrons and cares about their mail.

Came in the beginning of December to send 2 international gifts which I've never had to do before. The two ladies at the counter were very rude and jumbled, expected me to know everything and when I didn't they just bluntly told me to fill out papers. I wanted to put a tracker on both gifts but they rang my transaction through without asking me any questions on how I wanted it sent. There were 2 other people in there along with me trying to send packages as well. Save your nerves if you're sending anything larger than a card and go to a bigger post office where they know how to handle a small crowd.
