the time is 10pm. peak time when there are a lot of customers in the store. these are the people who have just finished working. of the 8 terminals of the cash register, only three work. A queue of 10 people. It looks like a banal mockery! the manager of this store clearly does not respect the customers of his store! this is my last time here.

I'm confident this is the worst food 4 less I've ever been too. Just a huge mess. Long lines, understaffed, carless management, parking lot full of trash, broken glass. Open late otherwise I go to other stores within 10 mins drive.

used to come here a lot but if u think food 4 less has careless staff i suggest big saver really friendly staff members they treat u like family. although food 4 less has a lot of varieties but pretty expensive.

Recently, I visited this Food 4 Less store, to buy fresh fruits and vegetables. I was surprised to find the most fresh vegetables and fruits. I liked the customer service from the produce manager, Ricardo. I 100% recommend this produce department for those who are seeking to buy fresh produce.

Walked in grabbed my items, noticed the long line and walked to the front Of store, only one Cashier and more than 15 customers waiting to pay. Some with carts full and some with few last minute items. Walked to the back of the line noticed 3 employees aside from the others working in other aisles putting things back, I said excuse me I tried to ask one out of the 3 a female employee a question and before I could finish she said I can’t open any registers. she said I have no other cashiers aside from myself and the guy up front and of course......I asked her what about her and the two kids she was working with who were opening boxes and stacking I explained the customers and lines and she didn’t want to hear me. I didn’t understand why she was unable to open up with more then 20 or more people in line and now and with Covid and all she was more concerned about helping the boys she said they had no idea what they were doing. She became upset and confrontational she kept stepping up toward me and telling me to listen to her and and it seemed as though I wasn’t the only one who asked her to open up, cause she appeared mad and a few of the other customers were upset and talking about her. Her name badge read Sil........ don’t know If she was manager or not but at the end of all I told her I was gonna call to complain about her she said she wasn’t gonna speak to me and went back to working and ignored me. I spoke loudly and said I was for sure to call to Complain, horrible service and the employees look miserable and this is why I prefer to go and shop at the Highland Park F4L The store is not clean nor organized and the employees are rude and do not greet say hello or bother with you unless you approach them And even then they are rude. Well she opened up about 10 minutes after her she told me she had no cashiers and couldn’t open

The STORE MANAGER is the worse! Mike, doesn't know what customer service is.. If a customer is asking you a question it is because they dont know!! who better to ask than the manager of the store, no attitude was needed to give an answer back.. This location has had much better management in the past.. This guy need training, he's not a good example for the rest of the employees!!

Very clean and well organized. I recently moved to this food 4 less from the one on 1st St in Boyle heights. I love how well this market is,,the restroom is very clean and always has foam soap and toilet paper and most of all the restroom always smells clean.I even had my mother and two sister move to this market and they also love it.
