This place gets WORST by the day. There is no pricing on at least one 3rd of their stock, well the little stock they carry. False advertisement and everything included, just this trip there were two items I paid over price labels (those actually had a price posted) old tags don't get replaced when the price goes up. I really didn't have the energy to go back and discuss the matter, I had been worn out by 1st not finding the stuff I was looking for (empty shelves) and 2nd no prices on most of the stuff. So unprofessional for a corporation this big. I guess the bigger the branch the bigger the FRAUD..

The store is clean, but the store is always short staffed and takes a long time to get help. The prices are reasonable.

I walk in and it seem busy , I went over to the litter for cat and got one but though this looks cheaper because of the price tag been 7.99$ I approach a worker to make sure that happens to be the right price a worker manager Jorge was close by . I said hey I don’t want to stand in line and be the wrong price can you verify . Jorge walks over and tells me yes that’s not the price it usually goes for 10.99$ . I said can I get price match and he shouted NO I asked why not if it was clear it said 7.99 he said “ you could of move it over how do I not know “ I said what ? There’s more there look . He shouted again NO . What is wrong in this store ? If you can’t have your workers and it seem to have been him since he was working in that aisle . To put the right price . I hate this store and I promise on my grandmother tomb I will never ever stop at a smart and final I don’t care if it’s literally next door . Ralphs would never shout NO WITH OUT BEEN UNDERSTANDING AND COURTEOUS. I left it back on the shelf and left the store.

The isles are crowded. They have inventory everywhere. They only have one line open. And on a number of occasion I've got spoiled food. Do your self a favor drive down a little further to the Smart and final in Inglewood on Crenshaw off of century. It's a beautiful clean and efficient store. With amazing customer service.
