What a great experience. Nice young woman and man working there. I had questions about a couple tablets and they were very helpful. Didn't have any tablets in stock but we were so impressed with the service we ordered two through the store rather than on-line.

Sprint/T-Mobile are horrible with cooperation. They say they have merged but sprint still has its own set of rules and I can't get anything done in a store AND theyrl're no more sprint stores anywhere!!

The people in the store we're awesome however, they need to be better educated about your coverage area because we did not have a signal at our house. We had to drive about 6 to 8 miles outside of the little town we live in to get a signal. So we are going back to the store where we purchased everything and get a refund. I hope they can give us a break on the restocking fees.
