I had Dr.Clark as my doctor when I was younger he was always a great respectful doctor!! Now I take my baby to him because I trust him and I wouldn’t want anyone else looking after my baby!!

I drive an hour to this office so my children can continue to receive care from their AMAZING Dr.....Dr. Sandals is the BEST. He always makes time to see his patients. The staff is always respectful and nice. I recommend 100 times if I could!!

I have been bring my 2 kids to this location for a while the doctors are great. My problem is with the front desk staff. They have always been so rude (in person and over the phone). No one ever answers the phone, I had to call 5 times today alone and several times the call will just hang up. I called days ago for a prescription refill and never heard anything back, after I was able to get a receptionist on the phone today I found out they sent it to the wrong pharmacy (AGAIN). I’ve updated the pharmacy so many times this is a reoccurring problem. The receptionist never let you finish talking at all they speak over you the entire time. Who ever answered the phone just now was literally talking while I was talking.l had to complete stop talking just for her to say “go ahead”. Now originally this office wasn’t like this. But between the barely working phone, rude front desk staff, and the hour in a half wait EVERY time…you might want to try a different location.

Why the receptionist don't answer the calls?? They always give me a hard time to answer my calls, the calls gets disconnected or they hang up, never have an appointment when my kids are sick. It's so frustrating everytime I want to call and make a question because they never answer 😒

Honestly doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not. You are always going to wait at least an hour to an hour and half to be seen by any doctor. When you call there is also a long wait to talk to any one. Idk if they over book but the wait time is ridiculous.

Shanice is the absolute BEST ! Anytime I call she helps me quickly and thoroughly. The Drs are awesome too 😁

I've been bring my kids to this TCP locations for several years. Dr. Matthew's is awesome no complaints what so ever. My complaint is I've called the office for 30 minutes and it picks up then hangs up. I'm not too happy, my daughter needs her medication and no one picked up. Not happy.

My son is 2 months old and my husband and I are first time parents. Dr. John Clark is his doctor and my husband and I couldn’t be more happy with him! He is very kind to us (which is pretty great since we are first time parents and have so many worries with our first child) and always reassures us and answers any and all questions we may have. I love his nurse as well as the staff in the front! We always feel so welcomed and everyone always seems so sweet! I definitely recommend!! Thank y’all for everything you do!

Usually I dont take my child to this location. But today I did. Over the phone the lady & when I came in they were nice. Wait was a while. But I was still ok with that. Nurse was very friendly. But the doctor was very rude, blunt, I dont know if he was having a bad day. But your the doctor not me. So why make one feel stupid for something I don't know. He also had a cough nonstop. I Will not being going back to this location.

I feel this place is a bit underrated. Dr. Matthews is very nice and makes your kid feel comfortable. The staff was also very nice, in particular Lucia, who was extremely helpful. The wait wasn’t too bad either.
