Asked for the correct filter for the oil change bundle she gave me the wrong one the overcharged me then gave me attitude why wouldn't she just get me the correct filter to the bundle I asked for

I’m starting to believe this store doesn’t want my money for a battery. My fiancé and I went last night after work to get a new battery for his car and after almost paying they said they couldn’t install it until the next day (today) because it was “dark”. I’m sorry, it’s January and any time after 5:00 is dark out! Also, why can’t you use a flashlight?! In desperate need of a new battery after not being able to get one at a few other stores, my fiancé returned today around noon. Now they couldn’t install the battery because it’s “snowing”! We’re talking snow that’s not even sticking to the ground while it’s partially sunny out. Do not give this store your business. They probably don’t even want it anyways.

I give this location 5 stars. I purchased a starter in November 2020. It lasted 13 months but was still under warrantee. When I brought it in for a refund (January 2, 2022) the sales associate scanned it and said this didn't come from this store. I said what? I purchased this and installed it and it failed. They were very courteous and respectful of me but they were possibly skeptical as there are many scammers nowadays. They asked if I could come in tomorrow and speak to their manager "Angie", January 3rd 2022 I said yes. When I spoke to Angie today she was very courteous, knowledgeable, and I can see she was smiling even through a mask. She scanned the part and made everything right and refunded me for the starter and honored the warrantee. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

If my car broke down in front of this advanced in a blizzard, I would walk the extra 2 miles to get to the oreilleys, this place is the worst parts store in town, all employees are extremely rude, typical easy questions end in accusations and yelling. Very very bad experiences each time I come. DO NOT COME HERE

Always my go-to auto parts store. Good amount of stock, staff is usually knowledgeable, good prices. Way better than the clowns at the "zone" stores.

I generally assume that a business that says it's open until 9 would conduct business as usual until its advertised closing time .Arrived at store at 8:35 with a return which I paid cash for the previous day with receipt and product in hand and was told it was closing and they had no cash to refund my cash purchase. OK UNPROFFESSIONAL . I proceeded to drive 5 miles to the store in the next town arrived 8:51 and left 6 minutes later with my cash. Things that make you go hmmmm! So southington store bad business.

We were broken down pulling a 42 ft fifth wheel, needing a water pump. Guys were super nice and helpful. Great people!

Bought a jump start and realized I didn’t need one. Brought it back to the store and they didn’t let me return it saying this is their policy. Yeah right, this is not Advance Auto Parts policy. Contacting their corporate right now for this. You can’t return an unneeded item really?
