our customer service experience with Albin at this location was def exceptional & memorable enough for my bf & I to leave this review; vry friendly/personable & welcoming, in a way that seemed perfectly balanced between genuine/not fake/too over-the-top or salesy/pushy, and professional yet casual/approachable/relatable, all while demonstrating an impressive lvl of knowledge with any given health topic or question asked, regardless if general or product-specific..tbh, the best quality interaction both of us have evr had at a store like this...we left feeling vry satisfied that he'd bn the one there to help us out & that we'd rly gotten the most out of our trip there in every aspect, & left with the best value & feeling happy with our well-informed decisions--which we were well enabled to make due to his excellent expertise & apparent drive to ensure each person was treated the best he could & got exactly what they needed & wanted...esp after he'd taken the care & time to answer all our questions & explain the comparisons, as well as promotions available that were specific to what we were looking for. ...outstanding service, we will def both return & recommend!

Great for quick stop when you need a supplement. Prices and selection could be better since half the store is more focused on protein and workout supplements

Terrible experience was on the phone with my girlfriend as she went in looking to pick up a specific protien I asked her to pick up. One of the employee kept talking about how he's body builder and how the stuff I wanted was garbage and how he would never use it. I did my research and that is the product I wanted. Over the phone sounded like she was being bullied into buying something else. I told her to just leave and that I was sorry for putting her through that. 10/10 will not go back again especially with some meathead harassing my girlfriend.

Terrible experience the manager refused store credit when I lost receipt on product . I called corporate for there policy and I have email stating policy. He still refused to credit when policy states in clear LOWEST PRICE CREDIT FROM LAST 60 DAYS. I just wanted store credit. The bottle was sealed unopened. It was a GNC product only. So he gave me partial credit and not lowest price . A young gentleman got his manager on phone because "he couldn't deal with me and was gonna lose his cool if he had to speak to me : And then said to his manager on phone "sorry to waste your time on this nonsense". Total disrespect ..disgusting customer service. Will never get my business again. Find another job ...or know your store policies!!

Rob is extremely polite and knows his stuff, normally tells me about some of the new stuff that has come out lately and has knowledge on the taste of almost every protein bar in that entire store so I know whether or not to buy it. I would recommend going here but bring your wallet with you!

I've shopped at many GNC's and this one is by far the worst I've been to. The second I walked into the store I was perpetually harassed by two employees, who would try to make me feel like an idiot if I didn't spend over $100 on protein supplements. When I didn't agree with them they would look at each other and blatantly shake there head. Then at the checkout they said I would save $20 if I switched to the gold card, which costs $15 to set up, so in reality I would only be saving $5 and get GNC spam in my email. They couldn't figure out basic math and kept trying to pressure me to set up until I told him to calm down or I'd walk out. There's a difference between helpful and knowledgeable employees who try to help you make a good decision, and two bros desperately trying berate and upsell anything that walks into that store. Save yourself the annoyance of dealing with these bozos and go somewhere else.
