They dont keep a very good stock of shelf items of food, of toilet paper or paper towels, or of cat products. These shelves leave a lot of room for items and the last 3 times Ive walked over for essentials, they are barren accept for maybe 1 single item to purchase. Plus they lock their doors early and they tell you its closer to closing than what it is. Last these items were all atleast 2 or 3 dollars more for each, than the drive to convient store down the street. This was my 3rd experience like this; last night. Next time Ill save the walk, because even some refrigerator items were exired (the whole cheese/egg fridge). It's disappointing furthermore to read these terrible pharmacy reveiws. Not a happy neighbor.

Excellent pharmacist (Jackie Lee) and staff. Recently moved my business here from another pharmacy. So refreshing to interact with knowledgeable and friendly pharmaceutical staff (Michelle). I always bring my dog with me, and they make sure he gets a cookie. Customer service is on point!

Nearly every experience with Pharmacy staff has been unpleasant. They are routinely rude and inept, while being quite astute at passing the buck when it comes to their errors. The most recent being a referral that needed my doctor’s approval. After waiting days for the refill, I contacted CVS to see if it was ready. The first person I spoke with told me the request to my doctor’s office did not receive a response. I went on my chart to see what was going on and it showed the refill had been called in on the day I requested it, to CVS in Clinton. I immediately called back and got a second individual (Jessica) at CVS pharmacy, who told me the doctor denied the request for a refill. Which is it, I inquired: no response or a denial? Snotty pharmacist told me to call doctor as it’s clearly not their mistake. Called Dr and was advised that the prescription was called in on the date of request, and that they received a notice from CVS that “patient refused refill.” (A similar situation had happened the previous two times I’d refilled it as well). Called again and was told by Jessica they heard back from the doctor's office but it hadn't yet been filled. Waited 2 1/2 hours and got the rudest of the bunch this time (Erica). She told me there was "nothing in the system." I told her yes there was, per Jessica and per my doctor's office. She cut me off twice, said my doctor's office was wrong and put me on hold while I was mid-sentence. Called my doctor's office AGAIN to inquire if they'd called it in. I was told they had but CVS had some confusion with my name because of my first initial. Called CVS and asked to speak with the supervisor Haley. Wow. Now I understand why the staff is so nasty: trickling down from the top, apparently. She discounted what I told her, refused to acknowledge that her staff was rude, and was completely unhelpful. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. These people are not only incompetent but deceptive, unprofessional and rude. Going to Killingworth Pharmacy. UPDATE: CVS lied to my new pharmacy when they failed to send over a RX I’ve been on for years. Told them my cardiologist discontinued the RX. My doctor confirms this is absolutely untrue! These people are corrupt and negligent!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used ! Don the pharmacist showed up at my home because I was given the wrong amount of a prescription that I filled after dental surgery. I was given 100 Percocet instead of the ten my prescription called for. Instead of calling to alert me to the mistake, the pharmacist showed up at my door. I did not realize the mistake when he showed up at my door because I had not needed my medication yet. No phone call, just someone claiming to be the pharmacist showing up at my door. Every time I have a prescription called in there is some kind of a problem. Usually the medications needs to be ordered and it takes days instead of overnight like every other pharmacy I know of. Their system is constantly down and you can't get your prescription. It is truly the worst pharmacy I have ever had to use. I'm not sure if the staff is just completely incompetent or if they just truly don't care about their patients. management really needs to remind them that their patients rely on their medications and their medications keep them alive . When the medication is not in stock they should do everything they can to find another pharmacie for a patient to pick their medication up from. Instead this particular CVS sends you a text message. And you the patient needs to find another pharmacy that has your medication in stock. Completely incompetent medical professionals.

Store staff are excellent, doesn’t hold true for pharmacy staff. Always rude, make you feel unwelcome. They appear busy, not my problem, but get rude if you need to wait for refill as I was out. Simply nasty staff. I’ve switched to Stop and Shop.

Ordered yesterday & got message:.Will be ready @ 4pm. 11:30 today: Price at pickup window does not reflect Good Rx price - you must go inside. (I have used good RX for this prescription in the past at this pharmacy.) Pick up window cannot do GoodRx- get in Drop off line. Pick up takes Good Rx info then says “Prescription not ready please have a seat.” Arrrgh!

Clinton cvs has time and time again not filled my prescriptions although I know and that automated message text knows That my prescriptions should be filled, I find it insulting that they can override the insurance claiming it’s not able to be filled that day especially when I had to have the prescription changed from Madison cvs because they didn’t have enough in inventory to fill it to what the script called for ., before I got off the phone as asked the pharmacist if I was going to have any issues going to another cvs cause I needed my medication and I also had to contact my doctor to call it over to Clinton cvs which the pharmacist claimed no that the insurance put the prescription through it was authorized by my insurance company and cvs in Clinton still won’t fill this prescription which they aren’t the doctor and my how can they reject the insurance authorization . This just reminds my why I changed to Madison cvs where I’ve never truly had any issues ever with the pharmacist., I have almost lost my employment due to other prescriptions that the pharmacist will not fill but yet I know it’s time and do does the automated message from the cvs know I am ready to receive the refill . How about knowing I had a refill and the automated system knows telling me it’s ready for pick up I go to pick it up and the girl goes we had to call your doctor because we don’t have any refills left ., or I had to wait 8 days once for a very important medication which if not taken could send me to the ER and the girl didn’t care or wouldn’t even look further into this .. I was told I must have taken more than I should have . I think not that was so rude of the pharmacist ., they are completely abusive to me and unethical and Inhumane at that pharmacy overriding the insurance and taking matters into what they want never mind it’s not right at all ! Refills being deleted .. making me wait 8 days when it was supposed to be ready according to the automated messages . How can the pharmacist even justify his/her deplorable actions and behavior towards the customers who do have a doctor who regulates their medicine . I don’t need to have a pharmacist who’s above the doctor and insurance company ! It’s disgusting what cvs pharmacy in Clinton has put me through and all my meds are needed the day I am suppose to have filled NOT when that pharmacist thinks it’s ok and overriding all doctors and Insurances and Husky insurance is very strict so what is their issue Anyways ! They never look into the problem further and shrug their shoulders and I have left there in tears . Today I had to use a different pharmacy seeing I switched from Clinton cvs over 6 months ago to the Madison cvs and boy it just reminded me of the abuse tactics I once received there from the same girl working the window who is a snot and is always unhappy and miserable I even asked her before if she was ok . Who likes to deal with a miserable customer service clerk and then have with deal with an abusive pharmacists . I realized they have truly been messing with me since I’ve used Clinton cvs seeing the Madison cvs was ready to fill my prescription today and she told me the insurance has authorized this as well then my doctor had to call it to Clinton cvs and wham no you now have to wait ! This is wrong and I have screenshotted all the automated messages from awhile ago and I’m gonna find out about legal council .

Shiny brand new store! Parking Is good, but getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky. This area of Clinton was congested before the store opened doubly so now. Store is well stocked in managed.
