I love Star Nails!!!! I have been going there for years!!! Tu is my nail specialist and she does an amazing job everytime I see her!!! I highly recommend this nail salon!!! All of their staff is extremely friendly and they make you feel at home. Services: Gel manicure, Pedicures, Waxing

I was going to star nails for over ten years. I usually went to Chi but everyone seemed to do a good job and I was very pleased. However, I stopped going since they raised their prices and Chi left the salon. It costs 50 dollars for a gel fill with gel nail polish and it used to be $40. In addition, they started charging $5 for just cutting down your nails which usually people do every time they get a fill. You can go to many other nail salons for much cheaper. I now go to Chi at a different salon. It is a very nice, clean, and friendly salon however not worth the prices they charge.

I was never so embarrassed as I was today. I could tell that the nail technician (Tracey) wasn’t happy to be assigned to do my eyebrows and upper lip waxing. I was very specific as to what I wanted and of course she didn’t do that. My eyebrows look horrible. I touched my face and she yelled at me. She yelled and said that she will let me know when she’s done. She repeated it a couple of times. When she was finished she then said, “now I’m done”! She was the same nail technician I had do my nails last time. She did a terrible job and went way too fast. I ended up removing the gel polish she put on my nails. They were stained red as she must have skimped on base coat. My nails were so brittle. I informed the receptionist of my experience and she said she’d reach out to the owner for me. I will NEVER use or recommend Tracey to any one. Service: Waxing

It's not a good place to go; what I asked it's not what they gave me, and they take so much time to make a mess in my hand. Three people try to do my nail. They can't even do it. I do my eyebrow over there too it's jus a mess👎😣😣👎👎🤮🤮👎
