I've been here several times and it's become my go to place for nails. The staff is always nice and super professional. My nails always end up looking so good. This time I had Leny doing my my nails. She did such an amazing job and I'm very happy with how they turned out.

I have been going to Lisa Nail Salon for a few years and have always been very happy with the results. Today, for the first time, Wendy did my nails. She did an awesome job. She shaped my nails exactly how I asked and finished them beautifully - extensions w/dip powder. The entire staff are very nice. I highly recommend Lisa Nail Salon. Thank you Wendy. I recently moved to the area so I had to say goodbye to my previous nail place. I have to say the covid protocol in place is great. the professionalism of the business and the customer service was beyond fantastic. My nails came out better than the picture I showed the nail technician. Definitely will be returning in the future and I highly recommend them for all your nail needs ! Service: Acrylic nails

The nail tech did her own thing instead of giving me the nail shape I asked for.. cut me three times while cutting my cuticles- to the point of bleeding and didn't care.. . Then put alcohol on the open skin which burned like crazy - still no apology. My nails were different lengths .My nails looked messy in terms of the polish when she was done. She wouldn't respond to anything I said or make eye contact and seemed rude - making my time there very stressful. Then when I told the owner she blamed me! Whaaaat? So wrong. Also I waited 30 min past my appointment time. Service: Gel manicure

I have been coming to Lisa’s for about 4 years. What is amazing about this salon is that every single nail technician is excellent. If you want a correction done, it is done. They really do a beautiful job. The facility is clean, and tools are kept clean as well. I used to be able to pop in, but the word must be out 😉, as they are generally booked these days, so I’d suggest making an appointment. I highly recommend this salon. I decided to try out Lisa’s nail salon because of how highly they were rated, and this has been one of my worst experiences at a nail salon. The ladies there were unfriendly, gave dirty looks, and the lady I went to seemed like she I was putting her out by even being there. Besides how poorly my nails came out, I was cut twice, which is completely unacceptable. I did not even get an apology or acknowledgment. They can take my temperature but can’t acknowledge that they have cut me, which let me emphasize that it happened TWICE. My pedicure looks like something I could have done better at home, especially since she did not even paint my whole toe nail. For their high prices I would expect good quality like they post on their Instagram, but it’s not even close. There are plenty of better places in the area to give your hard earned money to rather than this place.

First time at this nail salon, I ran across it on my way to hike bulls bridge. Odi did a gel manicure and i absolutely love it! Everyone was super nice and welcoming and very clean. 5/5 would visit again when i am in the neighborhood.
