Sarah is low down trash, rude to customers, don’t allow u to use your coupons. Pathetic woman . The store if filthy clean. You should worry about cleaning it and not be upset when customers want to use coupons that cvs clearly provides. Trash woman

I hope I can give 0 star for this lady. I got an email offer today and came to use it. It's 10off 50 dollars, when I picked all the stuff which total was 56.89 before tax. And I used some manufacture coupon for the toothpaste, when I checked out, the lady didn't allowed me to use the 10 off 50 dollars, even this coupon was showed up in the screen, the cashier Just need click it and then it would be worked for this transaction. But what she said, she said ur amount was not over 50 so u can't use it. I told her that the amount was over 50 before manufacture coupon, so it could be used. But she didn't want to listen to me, I asked for the manager, she said she is ..... I am wondering does the cvs manager take some training before they work? I always go shopping in cvs, I never met this before, there are some young girls are very nice not like her, I hope she can get some training for coupon shopping as a manager

Store is Filthy! Employees working the front swearing and playing with the toys for sale in the isles... Store manager on duty couldn't be older than 19... No customer service skills to assist. Pharmacy is overwhelmed!!!

I went into the pharmacy today November 18, 2021 because I needed to switch pharmacies from Cheshire to this location. I spoke to the pharmacist Chrissy who was extremely busy but she helped me and got me into the system. I read some bad reviews here but our society has changed and a lot of retail establishments are short of help and we as customers need to be a little more patient and understanding. Thank you Chrissy for getting this done for me and I'm looking forward to doing business at this location.

I got a text on parking lot my 10:00 covid vax confirmed and dont come in befote 15 min.i had 10 min.they made me wait till 10:30.others were also late.cashier was rude.pharmacist told me about her bad day.i had no time to wait 15 min.no apology just mouth.i told her to just get on with it.i didnt want to hear her any more.she said i made her feel bad.how does she think i feel.she started about waiting at dr. If late.this is a very public isle in a store. Not verified by temp checks

The pharmacist Elizabeth is extremely rude, snobby and unprofessional. I will never be doing business here again, I will find another pharmacy to go. She thinks she is better than most because she is a pharmacist. She has treated me horribly over the last year and I am DONE with cvs because of this awful woman. Her and the manager should both be reevaluated. No help at all.

Went there today, the lady dropped my picture frame I was going to buy behind the counter than pretended I wasn't there. Went to buy another of the same frame at the other checkout and had a rude woman, which item rang up wrong price. Never coming back. Would have loved to buy a plant too, but just wanted to leave. I never write reviews unless they are good. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Sadly I've only had one good experience in the store and that was with a male worker he was very polite every time I go in there with the female workers they could care less about any question I have for them. The conversation between the two of them is more important than open the customer.

The Pharmacy experience has never been pleasant. I started going to CVS a few months ago when my pharmacy in plainville closed and it has not been the greatest experience. The cashier at the pharmacy is not friendly at all, and always seems lost (EVERY time I need to pick a prescription up). Today was the worst experience with her personally! I got home and was missing medication, I called the pharmacy and this exact lady answered.. as I was explaining she cut me off and put me on hold. I then hung up and made my way back to the store. Thankfully I dealt with the manager who was very helpful. But that cashier NEEDS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
