Best drugstore in Southington, Connecticut (CT) 2024

I hope I can give 0 star for this lady. I got an email offer today and came to use it. It's 10off 50 dollars, when I picked all the stuff which total was 56.89 before tax. And I used some manufacture coupon for the toothpaste, when I checked out, the lady didn't allowed me to use the 10 off 50 dollars, even this coupon was showed up in the screen, the cashier Just need click it and then it would be worked for this transaction. But what she said, she said ur amount was not over 50 so u can't use it. I told her that the amount was over 50 before manufacture coupon, so it could be used. But she didn't want to listen to me, I asked for the manager, she said she is ..... I am wondering does the cvs manager take some training before they work? I always go shopping in cvs, I never met this before, there are some young girls are very nice not like her, I hope she can get some training for coupon shopping as a manager ~wei

This is a brand new Dollar General to the Southington-Waterbury area. Its by far the largest and well organized Dollar General I've seen. They have a huge refrigerator-freezer section. They have many mini branded drink coolers throughout the store (one of the only Dollar Generals that I found that had Mountain Dew Kickstart in a cooler cold). Each aisle was neatly stocked and not many shelves were empty. All product was fronted to front of each shelf. I was able to find everything I needed and much more to look through that I didnt have time to do. Everyone was really nice to talk with and this is really a great spot in Southington to have this. Will come here anytime I'm driving by for some quick grocery pickups. ~Joseph
