Great tire service but they dropped the ball on battery service. How can they not have nor get a battery for a 2014 Nissan Versa? #smh

After running from the dealership that recommended that they replace two tires ($700+) and perform a transmission fluid flush (add-on) on a fully electric vehicle!, I came to Costco and they found the tiny nail in my tire and patched it for $10.99. They finished ahead of the time frame they gave me and wouldn't even accept a tip! These guys are great!! It did take a day to get an appointment, but it was well worth the wait!

Regret getting tires from here. Waited over 20 minutes on the phone on hold then finally gave up. All I wanted to do was make an appointment.

After searching for good tire prices. I ended with discount tire vs Costco ( which was about $100+ more expensive) I ended choosing Costco . Since being a member with them for over a decade. and their good customer service for the most parts I've ordered Michelin pilot super sport on Friday and been told as a special order I'll have it Saturday. Which I laughed lol, so I set up a meeting for Sunday at 11am. I came earlier and within 20min my tires were on and they we're done. WTH I was extremely impressed extremely impressed.and been told to come once a month to get my tire is filled with Nitro in case my tire pressure will drop. Highly recommend this location. I hope this helps. Cheers , Omer

READ FIRST, TAKE PRECAUTIONS!!! Great deals on quality tires during promotions. Had 4 sets of tires purchased over the past few years. However, the last 2 times I've noticed they blindly add to the paperwork the car has dings and scratches or is missing a hubcap when you pick the car up even if it is not true. For a previous install, they said it was missing a hubcap. They were adamant I just didn't notice it was "missing" when I dropped the car off. Once I started questioning them, they looked again and found the hubcap underneath a different car. Two issues. 1-They are not careful when doing installs mixing parts with other cars and 2- They are not even trying to find lost pieces before wiping their hands clean saying it's not their problem. No apologies once they found the missing hubcap either. For my last install for special order ultra high performance tires which were pricey, they put a similar default note on the paperwork saying my pristine new car had nicks on the rims and dings on vehicle. I already assumed they put that on all of their paperwork so I asked them to show me where the damage was before I demanded they pay for fixing it. The worker first couldn't find any rim damage on the driver's side, so he then immediately said it was on the passenger side saying I probably never noticed there's curb rash. Surprise, no curb rash. Then I asked where the dings are because it's a new car and I take extreme care of it. The guy finally agreed I take care of my car and we both couldn't find any damage, thank goodness. MORAL OF THE STORY 1) Make an appointment. It will still take 2 hours but it's better than waiting 4 hours if you just walk in. 2) If you know your car is damage free, wait nearby your car so once they collect it to drive it into the service bay, do a walk around the car with them so they can sign off there is NO prior damage before releasing the car to them. 3) Make it as easy for workers to not loose things. (i.e. remove plastic lug nut covers if you have those, clear out trunk if they will be putting spare tire back, etc) Overall the workers got the job done and prices were good. Just beware they will try to wipe their hands clean from damage or lost parts. They may have gotten swindled in the past by unscrupulous patrons which is why they seem to rubber stamp that note, however for those of us who are good customers, take precautions. I would hate to think if they backed your brand new car into a pole and say it was already there in the pickup paperwork. Then what?

What can be said about Costco's Tire Center? There isn't a large selection of brands, but at least there's Michelin and Bridgestone. One gets lifetime nitrogen fill-ups, tire rotations, and road hazard coverage, which is included in the tire price and the prices are competitive. Does one need to be reminded it's Costco?

Very helpful staff, to a point. I had to replace my battery and it was under warranty and they handled that great! But there was a long wait for service and they don't perform the battery replacement themselves. They just sell the battery. So I had to replace the battery in the Costco parking lot myself. They were nice enough to loan me a wrench to get it done. It would have been 5-stars if they did the work to change the battery when they sell you a battery.

Repaired my tire and rotated all. Very busy but finished in a timely manner. Only bad mark is, when you have 7 people waiting in line to be served with 2 people at the counter and 1 picks up a random customer call about prices while all 7 have been there 15 minutes.... You need to put the caller on hold and serve those who were patiently waiting.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Aneika helped me out, she knew her tires very well. They always have good prices and I get lucky with sales and discounts. I've gotten tires for a Jetta, Ford f150, and an old Ford truck. So they cater to all vehicles.
