The facility is nice. The front counter guy can do better. I came in with a free trial certificate, and the attendant acted as if I was trying to get them for a free workout and nothing else, so I just paid the day fee worked out and left. So no, I didn't get a membership even though I really did like the gym. ~Tony

After several weeks of waiting, yesterday, I finally picked up my Escape! Thanks to Jeffrey, who was patiently answering my messages and keeping me posted about car’s tracking information. It was totally worth the wait! The car is beautiful! 🤩It exceeded our expectations! And Jeffrey made the process in the dealership so smooth and pleasant. After running from the dealership that recommended that they replace two tires ($700+) and perform a transmission fluid flush (add-on) on a fully electric vehicle!, I came to Costco and they found the tiny nail in my tire and patched it for $10.99. They finished ahead of the time frame they gave me and wouldn't even accept a tip! These guys are great!! It did take a day to get an appointment, but it was well worth the wait! ~Amanda

As a couple of hillbillies from Arkansas we really didn't know what to expect walking into a California liquor store.. we were absolutely delighted with the service and friendliness of the staff.. the selection was excellent prices were great we ended up coming back and buying a couple of cigars and more beer.. truly exceptionally nice people great service we would be regulars if we lived in the area.. ~Dennis

Finding an alignment shop that’s willing to take my vehicle in is very difficult, due to it being 40 years old. I recommend anyone with any old Japanese or jdm car to come down and give these guys a try as I was very pleased with the service here. Marco and his assistants treated my car with the care and respect she deserves and that’s why I loved the service. They brought to my attention things that I already knew about my car such as a ball joint and control arm but it’s nice to know that they are always looking out for you and you’re car. My alignment was below 30 mins so service was nice and efficient especially when you’re working with modified suspension. The prices are very reasonable which is good for anyone who isn’t trying to hurt their bank. Thank you Marco and the team for you’re service I will be back again in the future. ~Ismael

My mom doesn't like leaving bad reviews but it's important to recognize that seniors are valuable customers too. She needed a new phone and she's not into technology so a simple flip phone has served her well over the years. Customer service seemed to not be as interested or patient, especially with those who don't want or need the latest smartphone. It would have been nice had a little extra time been taken to explain how to use the new phone and to transfer contacts. ~Kymberlyn

We really like this store, it is overpriced, but there is a lot of amazing art stuff, so it compensates the prices. It is always a pleasure to visit this spot. We spent quite a while at the cashier during some visits, but otherwise everything is great. ~Evgeniya

How come for a gas pump to pump 13.8gal in 11.9gal fuel tank size! I still had a galon or two remaining before pumping too. No county verification sticker either. ~Mohammed

Make sure to have the credit card you used to make an on-line purchase that you want to return. I had all the paperwork from an 7/28 on-line purchase, the original item and box - and a valid credit card. They could only offer store credit since I didn't have my AmEx with me.
