After several weeks of waiting, yesterday, I finally picked up my Escape! Thanks to Jeffrey, who was patiently answering my messages and keeping me posted about car’s tracking information. It was totally worth the wait! The car is beautiful! 🤩It exceeded our expectations! And Jeffrey made the process in the dealership so smooth and pleasant.
