Make sure to have the credit card you used to make an on-line purchase that you want to return. I had all the paperwork from an 7/28 on-line purchase, the original item and box - and a valid credit card. They could only offer store credit since I didn't have my AmEx with me. Very inconvenient. ~Peggy
