Make sure to have the credit card you used to make an on-line purchase that you want to return. I had all the paperwork from an 7/28 on-line purchase, the original item and box - and a valid credit card. They could only offer store credit since I didn't have my AmEx with me. Very inconvenient.

Difficult to find the item we were looking for. Cash register area was empty. No sign saying where to check out. Staff member pointed us to a general direction - no sign there either. We almost left without making the purchase as a result.

We bought two tables, 3 weeks later they sent them in the wrong color. We requested the replacement, returned the wrong ones directly to this store hoping this will make the process easier and faster. Then the store just forgot to ship them to the warehouse. When we contacted CS another 3 weeks later, they inform us that the tables were not anymore in stock, So, we requested the refund, and 2 weeks later we are still waiting for it. So, we ended with neither tables nor money.

I came upon this bed bath and beyond by chance usually I feel it’s a tad over priced but I was pleasantly surprised. I went to different stores prior looking for a pillow with no luck I found one on clearance for about 40$ usually I believe it’s 60.00. Out of curiosity I asked the cashier why it was so cheap she said if it didn’t say on the tab it was most likely because the pillow didn’t come properly wrapped so Per protocol it had to be discounted! My luck it was wrapped in plastic all I could see was a tiny marker stain nothing a pillow case won’t fix!
