I like to handle my business in person whenever I can, and this place reinforced my belief that that’s what is best. The promo offered $700 off, but was only showing up as a $400 discount. Becky called up corporate and made sure they ran me my money!!! I appreciate you Becky. And shoutout to Erron as well, who could not have been more helpful during my initial visit. Would have finished the deal with him if they had the phone I wanted in stock. Keep up the good work you two! Your work ethic is not going unnoticed!

So we had bought a router box about a couple weeks ago they said they won’t charge us for 30 days we have it and if we change our mind we can return it and they will take care of it from there. And after one week we decided to return it and cancel the internet plan at our house but instead of them taking care of it like they said, they just gave me a fedex paper that I was suppose to just tape on top of the router box just like that, no delivery box. I gave it to the fedex lady and of course they took care of it from there. Next thing I know today as I’m typing this, I was charged more for still having the internet here which I canceled and automatically paid for and they told me they never received the router. Yeah thx so much for letting me know you were gonna take care of the rest for me after they said just return it but no I had to do the rest! Rather take my business elsewhere then here.

My mom doesn't like leaving bad reviews but it's important to recognize that seniors are valuable customers too. She needed a new phone and she's not into technology so a simple flip phone has served her well over the years. Customer service seemed to not be as interested or patient, especially with those who don't want or need the latest smartphone. It would have been nice had a little extra time been taken to explain how to use the new phone and to transfer contacts.

I had a problem with my sim card and they didn't care, they only care abut selling and making money, the guy told me to cancel my service and purchase another one with them, otherwise they can't help me.

Amazing customer service. We drove about 30 minutes to this particular location for a specific phone and they had it! The manager was super helpful and explained the upgrades and such. Overall I had a welcoming experience.

The door opened as I approached it. An employee was opening it for me and welcomed me as I walked inside. She asked me to wait until another employee would come to help me. She told me:"Right there." ... where I was standing. The assistant who would help me was already approaching me and took care of everything so quickly, I was ready to leave within 10 minutes! Great service!

Fantastic if you want to wait over 20 minutes just to buy a phone case because all of the customer service reps are helping people buy new phones. There should be at least one or two reps helping people get in and out. Didn't end up getting a case because they're so slow.
