Best auto repair shop in Lake Charles, Louisiana (LA) 2024

I use this place yearly for all our vehicles inspection. Super nice lady at the front desk, always willing to help you in the right direction if needed. I am so glad to see they have opened back up after Hurricane Laura, done so much damage to their little store. I feel you will not be disappointed by stopping in this home town shop. ~Sylvia

We were driving through LA from South FL and realized our tire had a slow leak. Called multiple tire shops while on the highway and this location was the only one that would be open late. The gentleman at the counter (I believe was the manager or owner) was very charismatic. He was very friendly, hospitable (let our small dog come into the waiting room), helpful and had a good sense of humor. He showed us the damage to our tire and got it fixed right away. Great customer service, timely service and reasonable pricing equals an amazing experience at this location. We highly recommend!!! ~Brian

Excellent job by Christina Traxler in the Honda service dept. I had to bring my Accord in for a recall and the process couldn't have been smoother. She was friendly, efficient and gave excellent communication from start to finish. Great experience overall. The young lady that drove the shuttle was very friendly as well (Ashley maybe?) While on my drive from Houston to New Orleans, my alternator died. It was a really stressful experience to happen alone on the highway, but I am so thankful I found B&K Complete Auto! Had my car towed there after calling several shops in the area. They quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced my alternator, and got me back on the road for an incredibly reasonable price.
