Did not happy 2nd time for my service they want to hold vehicle multiple days and do not perform there service according to ticket by not changing oil and rotate tire and wanted to hold my van for 2 days. Definitely not good service

Excellent job by Christina Traxler in the Honda service dept. I had to bring my Accord in for a recall and the process couldn't have been smoother. She was friendly, efficient and gave excellent communication from start to finish. Great experience overall. The young lady that drove the shuttle was very friendly as well (Ashley maybe?) Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately my experience was bad, my 81 year old aunts 2016 accord at 67k miles needed a transmission and I was willing to pay the 4700 dollars for the work, but not 169 for diagnostic and they refused, so I had the car towed to another shop and had it repaired, for 3500.00

I needed an oil change, but the Lake Charles office was closed due to Covid that Saturday so I was told I could go to the Sulphur quick lube it was open. I got there the staff was extremely nice but they only changed the oil for $93. I had a coupon for $62 but the agent said it was for 6 quarts and I used 4 but he took the coupon because I was so mad. Really They don't top off on anything but the windshield fluid. I asked why, the agent explained if you purchased your car at the other shop they would take care of you if would be cheaper. That's sad to hear because they are supposed to be a team. Hurt and disappointed that the clients have to suffer because their offices are both going in a different direction. I was already bitter with the purchase of my car they tacked on an extra $3000 at the end of my sale instead of reducing the down payment now this. It was over 40 days before I got my tags. Never again will I make a purchase in Louisiana or Billy Navarre. Watch your paperwork before signing and don't let them pressure you into closing the deal unless you are totally satisfied and have read every single line. I appreciate what they do for the community but they have some issues going on which is to be expected from any company.

I've been to Billy Navarre Honda Service three or four times since moving back here. This is the best run Honda service center I've ever been to. The service mgr is on her game....organized, fast, pleasant, instructional, knowledgeable. The gals in the cashier office, and even the shuttle driver, are all excellent at their jobs, organized, pleasant, cool tempered under pressure. The maintenance and checks on an issue were done well by the service people. I'll be going back there. I recommend. The only negative is that a couple of days after having the expensive maintenance done, I get in the mail a 10% off coupon for my "maintenance that is due," which expires within a couple of weeks. Wish I'd rec'd that BEFORE I had the maintenance done! (The price on the 30k maintenance was very reasonable.)

I`ve been having several issues with my car Mr. Mark who now the manager over the Honda Service Department is always on top of things and help the best way he can if he cant help he will for sure direct you to the right person Mr. Mark is an all around good person and a great person... Lets not forget about Christina in the Honda Service Department shes always quick and spot on! You both are awesome!!!
