The rudest tellers I have ever experienced in my life. They almost refused service but after explaining I needed help today they finally helped. They hardly spoke to me while helping.

I was banking at the Manchester location until they closed down. I appreciate the friendly staff, however, having to drive to Pine Mountain and not being able to make any deposits after hours is very inconvenient.

Every time I go inside and te to get cash out it’s all sus a struggle and normally I have to get it out the atm but sometimes I need more than my daily limit and the employees are rude. First chance I get I’m going and closing my account there

Saturday morning is my only tíme to bank. I get off at 5:00 when the bank closes @ 5. Just wish they would stay open to six once a week to allow blue collar workers a chance to do so banking. For some reason my bank was closed this morning.

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to be told to sit down an wait for a teller. Its 1 teller working taking her time . If u lose a card or need a temporary card goodluck it takes 2 hours

Long wait time . Will have the doors closed and locked in your face . Took a month to find money missing from the checking account with minimum explanation . Finally just closed the account . Thanks Wells Fargo

Be prepared for an unnecessary wait everytime you go. Four people behind the counter three talking amongst themselves while one is working and a whole line of customers waiting. And dont even try to go to the drive thru nobody is there even though the light is on.
