I just got back from the Walmart in Painted Post, NY. I had a 10:00 AM appointment to get a vaccine booster. HA! I told the clerk at the pharmacy counter what I was there for. I was told in a vague way to go and stand in the "line". I honestly thought that since I had an actual appointment it meant something. Not so at the Walmart pharmacy! There were people waiting, some filling out forms in a hodgepodge of a line! There was no organization whatsoever!! I left because I had no idea how long I would have to wait for my "appointment". I guess at their pharmacy it's "first come, first served" no matter if someone has an appointment or not. Never again!!!

I was traveling from Texas and the Pharmacy worked above and beyond to help accommodate our family and our prescriptions. Thank you!! This is a great Pharmacy that if I lived here I would use!

Wal-Mart is horrible in general but the pharmacy cant keep up with the demand. Lines are always way back. Doesn't matter what time of day.

Went to pick up a prescription that the hospital sent in to this pharmacy drove 30mins cause the pharmacy where we live doesnt have it. Got here and they where closed for a half hour, waited until they opened went to get it and was told are insurance card is not good enough. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for prescriptions, will no longer get prescriptions from this location anymore.

Every time we have a prescription called in - it doesn't matter how long we wait before going this is how the scenario goes: "Oh - yeah - that got held up because of *insert unrealistic teason* we'll fill it right away and it will be ready in about 10 minutes. 10 minutes later - oh - we need a few more minutes still. This whole process is intended to be more convenient than handing out a paper prescription but I almost wonder if it wouldn't be better that way. In the future I'm not going to use this pharmacy unless I have absolutely no other option.
