I had a challenging IPhone issue. Jake spent 2 hours troubleshooting. It should be noted that Jake was the only rep working on this particular Sunday afternoon. It was impressive to watch him not only help me but multitask & assist others as well. Very professional, friendly, helpful & so patient! Especially with frustrating phone problems. I had to return the next day & he even called Apple to advocate & resolve my issue. Finally success! Thanks Jake. You exemplify superior customer service & are a true asset to your Verizon store.

I received my new Samsung galaxy 22 via online, and went to the Painted Post store to have them help set up new phone. Nick was more than happy to transfer everything and set up my phone. It was a very busy day for them, but they went out of their way to be helpful,. I really appreciated that.
