Best electronics store in Painted Post, New York (NY) 2024

I had a challenging IPhone issue. Jake spent 2 hours troubleshooting. It should be noted that Jake was the only rep working on this particular Sunday afternoon. It was impressive to watch him not only help me but multitask & assist others as well. Very professional, friendly, helpful & so patient! Especially with frustrating phone problems. I had to return the next day & he even called Apple to advocate & resolve my issue. Finally success! Thanks Jake. You exemplify superior customer service & are a true asset to your Verizon store. ~Kim

I took my grandson here to pick up a new PlayStation controller. The employees are very helpful and informative. This little store has a lot to offer. ~P

I've tried avoiding leaving a review for these guys but this time was it. Today I was DENIED service at the curbside pick up due to my Service Dog being in the back of the car. After leaving the store, I called to talked to the manager, Wendy. Once I brought it to Wendy's attention that not only was I denied service today, but there has been an ongoing issue at that store with not only myself but other teams as well. I mentioned that they should consider retraining their employees how to properly interact with teams. She legit didn't care. I had to reach out to Walmart Corporate to make a report against the store and I am contacting the US Department of Justice to officially report these incidents. If I could rate this store with zero stars, I would! The staff there needs better training, not all but most. ~Brittany
