I have gone to this establishment for years out of convenience. Everytime I go I am reminded why I say I will not return. The app to book often does not work, the staff moves slow and acts as though each of their clients is a nuisance. Never a smile, just “check in”. The haircuts are mediocre and often completely different each time, while asking for the same thing each time. There is often at least one “stylist” walking around slowly, hardly cleaning, avoiding work at all cost- regardless of the customers waiting. Never a hustle. Twice I have shown up and the door has been locked with 15-30 mins til close. Once I showed up on a Saturday. The App said open. It was 2pm. And they were closed. No explanation. Today I was desperately running there from work trying to check in for 45mins en route. Once I got there it was 6:27. They close at 7. There was one young man who was virtually finished in the seat. One “stylist” with no one in hers that said “we’re booked and closing”. I explained that I had been trying to check in the entire time en route and that it was my sons birthday in the morning and I would have checked in had the app been working. Here’s where you turn any mediocre experience from the past into a loyal customer… but they dismissed me and laughed at the fact that I was frustrated. I will NEVER return and encourage you all to go down the street to Dynasty Barber shop, who’s barber was out the door for the day and turned around to help us out. THAT is how good business is done. I should have learned in all the other times that these woman were straight LAZY, but I always show grace. Never again with this place. Service: Buzz cut

Waited for 40 minutes when wait time was 20. I was first in line on the check-in screen… they did not care about the “online check-in” and started with someone else who arrived before but was scheduled after me. And that’s how I never got my haircut.

Ona does a stellar job every time. Once a month, I drive way out of the way to schedule an appointment with her. Consistency is a big deal and I am consistently happy with her work! Liz also does a great job!

They have a appointment system I walked in they said 45 minutes no one waiting hairdresser waits for her next appointment even if they were already 15 minutes late. My hair takes 5 min. When to Hair Cuttery they fit me in and the girl got a 20.00 tip. Sports Clips poor service.

On 08/29/21 Had to change barbers mid cut! Original woman cutting my hair asked me what I was looking at while cutting my hair (apparently I can’t watch my own hair being cut) and proceeded to start a verbal altercation in the store until another barber stepped in and offered to cut my hair instead. I ended up with a great haircut but this location should really consider not hiring employees straight out of prison! Thanks for reading about my experience and have a great day Service: Haircut

Remy is my new barber and she'll be cutting my hair again in the near future. She helped me figure out a style and length with some pictures from the internet. Your place was clean and I loved the online wait list with the times always being updated, and the multiple texts I got telling me my position was coming up. Nice investment in technology.
