I have never been to a place who has and so kind and so sweet and helped me so much and they are so nice Mitchell Nica Nica and Audrey was so nice to me that I cannot tell you and nice to me I'll never go anywhere else they went way above and treate d me like I've never been treated before. And I've been all over the world. Can't say enough about Mitchell Nika and Audrey the best. Mitchell gave me a haircut that I was looking for for so many years. A Farrah cut that blends . . Mitchell and they can do it.!! They are the best.e en long hair. He didn't want to cut your hair short like a lot of people. He respected person who wanted keep her hair long. Doesn't alter age. They don't listen and they don't heed! They gave me completely the wrong cut and refuse to listen when I said no I didn't want it that way. They think all the same length means blunt cut across and that's not at all what I asked for. What I got left, what I wanted right. I want a refund!

Long story short, it feels like a punishment coming to hair cuttery. Everything I serviced with Deborah, prices goes up. She is not the best, however, she is not the worst. If you are a person who doesn’t like changes like I do, and didn’t lose my hair tech during COVID, I would have come here. I’ve dealt with highlights because, apparently, she wasn’t either comfortable with dying my hair blonde or she didn’t want to do the work. Either way, I didn’t get what I wanted. She is very professional and nice, but what did it for me was when she stated “if you booked with me….” like what is that suppose to mean?! I told her “I’m trying to be loyal to you and every time I come here prices go up.” What I requested was way less work then highlights and it’s $20-$30 more. The time before that was $20-$30. You’d think “loyal customer, same service fees or better.” But it seems if I asked for her specifically, prices go up EVERY TIME?! Service: Hairstyling

Literally the worst place I’ve ever been too. I decided to get a hair trim and face shaping but was left with my hair BUTCHERED. I was given three blunt chop-like and no blending. My hair IS RUINED. I went in to have it fixed and it sorted helped definitely better than before. But my hair will now take MONTHS TO GROW OUT. More was cut off than needed during the first round of face shaping. I highly suggest that if you have hair- you should avoid this place.

I went in for a haircut. Marshel was then name on my receipt. She did such a horrendous job! Worst haircut experience I have ever had! My daughter had to even it out when I got home because she left long strands everywhere! I would not recommend this location or hairstylist ever! I would give a negative rating! Service: Haircut

I came in for a simple haircut. Typically when I get a dry hair cut, the stylist sprays water as opposed to washing my hair. She did not do that and the cut was VERY uneven. She said it’s not possible to get a straight cut with dry hair. This has never happened to me before. The whole time, was staring at me and it was very uncomfortable. When I asked her to fix my hair, she started cutting it in the lobby and was not mindful of other customers in the lobby. Her elbow was in my family member’s face as she tried to fix my hair. I went back because I was dissatisfied and Jose did an amazing job. He evened my hair (as a dry cut) and I love it! Five stars for Jose. Zero stars for Marshel. Should not be working in customer service. Should not even me cutting someone’s hair. She’s clearly unprofessional. Service: Haircut
