Best car accessories store in Baltimore, Maryland (MD) 2024

It is getting harder and harder to find a fully stocked automotive store without going online. AutoZone hasn't let me down yet. ~Wayne

The AutoZone at 5700 Belair Road closed way before closing time. The guy a spoke with at the door, he unlocked the exit door since the enter door was locked and gated, he said they actually start shutting down at 9:30. I kept pointing out that the store closes at 10 and the sign says 10, he said "That’s what the signs says" as in, I know what it says, but that's not what we do. He said there was nothing he could do for me and to try again early in the morning. This was a major inconvenience when I only needed 1 tool for a just broken car axle. Please have this corrected. There is no reason any potential customer should pull up to a store before closing time to be told pretty much, that they ignore the closing time and close early, go away. Why 2 stars, not all employees and all stores are bad, but this one brought them all down. ~Kendra

I bought a can from Antwerpen Mitsubishi and the service from Timothy and Autumn was phenomenal. However, my partner was interested in a Nissan. So, I thought based on the excellent service received from the Antwerpen Mitsubishi location I would experience the same level of service from the Nissan store. However, the salesman and sales manager said even before we had even selected a car, that we would need auto insurance per Maryland law to test drive a car. I won’t even begin to address that lie, but we left immediately after a Google search proved that was a lie, and took our business back to the Mitsubishi store. Because If you lie about something small you will lie about something big, and the sales manger with the three last names who proudly lied touting 20 plus years of experience selling cars attempting to lend creditably to his lie was CRAZY. However, we bought another car a few hours later from the Mitsubishi store. ~Troy
