The AutoZone at 5700 Belair Road closed way before closing time. The guy a spoke with at the door, he unlocked the exit door since the enter door was locked and gated, he said they actually start shutting down at 9:30. I kept pointing out that the store closes at 10 and the sign says 10, he said "That’s what the signs says" as in, I know what it says, but that's not what we do. He said there was nothing he could do for me and to try again early in the morning. This was a major inconvenience when I only needed 1 tool for a just broken car axle. Please have this corrected. There is no reason any potential customer should pull up to a store before closing time to be told pretty much, that they ignore the closing time and close early, go away. Why 2 stars, not all employees and all stores are bad, but this one brought them all down.

Manager at this location wants his staff to work together A+, but the part I was told they had in stock was not there, they found it at another store to be picked up. They do offer a couple free services, and mostly try to accommodate.

Good location on Belair Rd, on public transit lines. Clean store with helpful employees. They are out of stock on some things, keep that in mind

I LITERALLY had to wait 4 mins until the sales person to finish her personal call with her mother and past by, by the manager not recognizing me in anyway. (saying hello, someone will be with you) nothing... then to get asked.... can I help you as if i got on her nerves.. Only to be turned away with no apology because there was no one able to perform a diagnostic text. This should be shown how to do with all staff during the hiring process. The employees at this locations customer service is horrible. I drove 20 mins to another location and was treated much better than my own kind. This was a horrible experience. Yall need to do better.

I love AutoZone, they have really good prices and if they don't they will order it for you. I always go to them for parts for my car and I love the fact that they don't charge a restocking fee like salvo auto parts. I'll be back again like normal.

There seemed to be only 1 to 2 registers open but not enough help for the Sat rush as the wait time/line was a bit long. The cashiers also left to help on the floor, leaving the front line. (The mgr. eventually helped ring) There were items stocked in the incorrect place which should have really been sold to the customer for the advertised price. The cashier wasn't sure if the store had certain parts; the computer may have said a part was out, but after looking through inventory, it was found. Also, cashiers may want to exhibit just a bit more patience and professionalism with customers. If a question is asked and the customer acknowledges, give them an opportunity to answer before asking the question again. Also, let the customer finish their thought before interrupting.

Waited in line for Ten minutes befor the young man behind the register acknowledged me. I was the only person in the store, and had to wait ten minutes to be assisted. Only for him to say when I asked about a part. I dont even know what that is. It's a auto part store. How you don't know what . Never mind getting frustrated again. This place not worth your time and Money.

Absolutely the best service. The store manager Terry ensured that my car needs were met in full along with Dwayne courteous assistance. Both gentlemen were somehow able to accommodate me while handling a completely packed store. Great job fellas!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
