Paid $80.00 to almost kill myself and my father in traffic because they never changed my breaks… I even supplied them… will be seeing you in court if action isn’t taken & my refund isn’t given… can’t believe I put my trust in auto shops for them to not even do what they asked…. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Would give 0 stars if I could.

DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR MD INSPECTION !!!!! It's a long story but their mechanic failed my vehicle which had passed the VA inspection just a month before over, thin break pads, Tire Alignment & Cracks in the Bondo Which I had used to repair a body dent !!!!! and wasted my time and money. They should learn how to be HONEST.

Please don't take your car here. I cried trying to get my car back for EIGHT MONTHS--paid for by myself and Womans Aid . I have an open claim so I cant give all the details, but I suffered domestic abuse during this time at which the owner of the shop laughed when I voiced my concerns about needing to have my car to flee the area. I ended up being nearly strangled to death and had to get the police to help me take acton again the shop because it would have never happened if I had my car. They literally told me they know my boyfriend and he's a "good guy" and they didn't see that in him--I'm still trying to figure out how they know what goes on in my home. NEGATIVE STARS

DON'T GET SAFETY INSPECTION HERE!! They don't respect your time, and I never even got called back on an estimate on how much it would cost to fix what failed in inspection. I took my car to Auto Sense after and they are honest and respectful and found that several of the things that this place had failed were fine. (There was a leak from my power steering but the inspector had failed the axle, rack and pinion too because they were wet from the power steering fluid and he didn't bother to clean it and find where the leak was actually from) I saved hundreds of dollars by getting a second opinion. Don't waste your money and time with this shop.

I would not recommend for state inspection. I had my Honda CRV inspected there June 2015. It kept me four hours waiting even without a chair for sitting, although they promised to finish it one and a half hour at the beginning. After four hours waiting, they gave me a report saying that I need repairs which will cost $1100. Even minor problem like a tiny crack on windshield they would not let it go. Bad work manners Not nice attitude for customers.

I would not recommend anyone to get a state inspection here. I was told I needed $700 worth of work. They said there was a leak in two places in my exhaust pipe and when I took my car to a friend of a friends shop he showed me underneath the entire car and showed me with the tube tool used to find leaks and there was no leak at all!! In fact there had recently been work done to the exhaust pipe and half of it you could see the different color in the metal from where the new part was welded on at. They also marked me down for other things that did not need attention and was fine. Out of six fails it was really only three things that had to be fixed. If you do go there I would take someone with mechanic knowledge because they put on a friendly vibe but are very deceitful.

The other reviews are probably true but a lot of other places do the same thing. That is why it's always good to get a second opinion. These guys do great quality work for affordable prices. Any other place will charge you an arm and leg. They charged me 380 to do 2 wheel bearings when another place want 700.

Huge ripoff and waste of time! my wife took here 2007 vw for MD state inspection. Inspector by the name of Obaid Aslam told here it needed new axles and a tire. We just put tires on this car in November of the previous year. It is now February. When I looked at the axle, there were no obvious signs of a problem. I took it back to them and asked them to show me what they were speaking of and they could not point out any specifics. Tire was fine. Axles were in tact with boots no broken and no noise when driving. Avoid these guys at all costs!!!
