Seller sent photos of belt size. I specifically stated if it was a 65 it would be too small and to cancel. It was a 65. Seller refused to fix the situation by paying shipping cost back to them with correct belt size. Offered NO SOLUTION. Even though I HAVE PROOF that the seller was misleading and disregarded me expressing 65 too small. Same style and #set on each belt. If they decide to send correct size belt-I'll change my review. $750 people!!!!! If they can't follow through with customer satisfaction they lost very big sales for the future of their business. Ask stitch fix. I'm a solid consumer. 💯 So disappointing

Absolutely amazing experience! I went to about 5 different Chanel’s in Paris, California, and Dallas in hopes of finding my dream bag but didn’t have any luck only to find it here in good ol’ Texas just waiting for me. I was so excited! Lili was much fun to work with, she was extremely helpful and so sweet. She went above and beyond for me! I can’t thank her enough. The reviews live up to the hype, so worth the drive from Fort Worth. I can not believe I didn’t know about this place sooner.

This place is amazing!! I sold one of my bags and the entire process was smooth and seamless. I filled out the form on the website and was emailed within an hour. I’m local so I was able to take my bag in myself. I was greeted by Patricia (who is wonderful btw) and was honestly a bit surprised at how professional looking and clean the store was. They have a massive collection and everything I looked at was in great condition. I can’t recommend them enough. They are detailed and communicate with you every step of the way.
