This place is amazing!! I sold one of my bags and the entire process was smooth and seamless. I filled out the form on the website and was emailed within an hour. I’m local so I was able to take my bag in myself. I was greeted by Patricia (who is wonderful btw) and was honestly a bit surprised at how professional looking and clean the store was.
