This wasn't a visit for me I waited on a bench outside in front of the Fossil Store. I didn't purchase any yet my Son-in-law was very pleased with his purchases of two watches and had them sized as he waited.

Greg is the best! I came in for a watch battery and he took care of me in less than 2 minutes. He also was very passionate about the watches; knew everything about my model and was a real cool dude.

We are at the store by 6:35 pm and the manager didn’t let us in saying that they are closed. The picture on the store door mentioned that the closing time as 7 pm. We even called them before coming to the store. I guess the manager doesn’t want to work here. There are almost 5 people who are waiting at the door to be opened. Very rude manager and such a poor service. Will never be back again to this store.

Excellent collection and friendly staff, very proactive and excellent customer service. I would have rated higher, the engraving work I took the service the work was done good. I saw scratches on the plate which could not fix it. Got disappointed

Very good outlet store and the prices are really cheap and you'll get branded watches at cheap prices. Bought 2 men's watches for $99 , each had retail price of $149 each.

I went once and they by chance had a fantastic sale: $249 watches marked down to $89. The staff was very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. Because it’s an outlet store, many of their watches are models that you cannot buy online. It’s definitely a location that’s worth browsing through.
