the vibes in the store are so pleasant. nice variety of indie and rock music going the whole time i was there. if you’re painfully indecisive like me, karma is super helpful and patient. she put up with my foot tapping and muttering to myself, let me try on stuff before i bought it, and set me up with a good deal on a longboard. you already know i took it to the top floor and cruised down the parking garage. i’ll totally come back.

I have 3 Zumiez near me and of the 3, this location is my favorite. All the staff that I've ever encountered have always greeted me and always ensure that I'm doing okay. I've never felt more comfortable in a store and I really appreciate their hard work.

Courtney was soo sweet with helping me set up a custom skateboard for my brother. It is his first skateboard and he absolutely loves it! It was perfectly set up and she stayed perfectly within the budget I had for the present. She even gave me a box big enough to fit the skateboard in to wrap it up. I absolutely will be coming back and specifically requesting her!!

The 2 ladies who helped me out were amazing. Karma was extreamely helpful as well as the manager there. They both took care of me and went above and beyond. Both should get raises and helped me out with a complicated skateboard issue. These 2 need raises!!!! 5/5 this place is awesome and will be going back soon. -Spencer-

Today I visited this lovely location. After picking up a single tank top, walking around with my boyfriend, we decided we didn’t want anything. I placed the tank top on a random rack, not in the same place I got it from and walk across to spencers. As I’m checking out a blonde young lady came up to me and asked if I had got the shirt, I understood said no and described where I had placed it. I also lifted my hands saying she could check me if she need even though that wouldn’t be legal whatsoever. She proceeds to say no I trust you and continues to walk throughout Spencer’s scoping us out. By the time we were done checking out I had already decided I was going to walk over and show them sense they hadn’t been paying attention. As I walk out of spencer... another employee... walks up to me.. at that point I just laughed as I picked up the measly tank top and dropped it on top of where it was left. I think all your employees need a raise for harassment. I can guarantee I will never shop there again and will be sure to talk down on the name because that was actually disgusting.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO VANESSA! She was more than helpful. I walked in nervous thinking I was going to be oversold on a skate board being I didnt have alot of knowledge about them. Vanessa was great about asking the right question to make sure I purchased only what I needed.Took the time to scrap off that oh so annoying sticker glued to the board & put it in a box. To wrap it all up, Vanessa walked me to my car because I would have been juggling my items. Thank you again Vanessa!!! Truly one of the BEST customer service experiences I've had in any store!!!! The store its self nicely put together & music was banging 👌!!

Came in to get my board built, and the whole staff was extremely helpful. Jesus did a FABULOUS job. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The guy deserves a pay raise. Everyone was friendly and the service was fast. Thank you so much!
