I rarely get jewelry at Spencer’s since they are over priced. This is towards the company. I had my OG septum in for about 2 years, my second one ($5) for about 1 year. Decided to get good piece, had it in one week and it is rusted. Nose is swollen. The coloring is coming off the piercing which is what’s causing the irritation in my septum. $17 that for one piercing that you can only wear for a week. What a joke.

Terrible experience literally 5 minutes ago. I asked for help getting jewelry out, and BRANDY screamed at another employee and told her to help me, because quote “I’m in the middle of clocking out and they’re still trying to bother me.” IN FRONT OF ME. She was standing there yelling and complaining about her job, and as she walked away with no contact with me said she might not even come back. In this case I really hope she doesn’t. This is not the environment I’m used to coming into. And honestly I think I’ll just stick with shopping elsewhere, especially being that no one seemed to care that a customer was disrespected. I don’t care how laid back a store environment is, you don’t dismiss customers because you hate your life.

This is the best Spencer's I've ever been to and I had to come 1800 miles for this wonderful experience. The staff was absolutely amazing! I'm excited to wear my new Steven Rhodes shirt!

Ugh, the whole time we were here shopping the bald manager (Lance?) was shouting criticisms at his employee that could be heard across the store. Just HEAPING criticisms on one employee, very rude and unprofessional. I hope the employee understands they deserve better. It made us and other customers very uncomfortable and we decided to leave without buying anything.

Got allll these things from Spencer’s. They had everything we could’ve needed to throw the perfect bachelorette party! We had a great night. Got a cute little ashtray and a light up ball as well!

I went in there Saturday, April 3rd and the rude lady at the door stopped me and said I couldn’t come in unless I had a mask, I explained to her that I had a medical condition and asked her if I could come in without one because of it and she said no sorry. I was there to get a gift for a friend and it was very embarrassing that she called me out!

Not a bad location. Customers thought masks were optional however the staff was very understanding with help on buying guages while offering the weekly sale rates. Upon entering the store staff was professional and courteous and thanked us for our visit. Most spencers blow past their friendly level but this place kept a professional admiration of their customers. Thank you!
