Stopped in during tax free weekend. Despite all the people we were still greeted. The staff was helpful and patient. It is smaller than most hot topics but they have a big clearance section. ~Stephanie

I was very very impressed with their diverse selection of main brand shoes. Especially lots of options for genuine leather Adidas, nike reebok, etc most places do not care about giving options for people even if you are animal conscious vegan consumer they have synthetic leather shoes. Also price are decent market prices. Example: two same style Adidas stan Smith next two each other, one is genuine leather while the other is synthetic leather, now that is what i call choice for every consumer!😉🙂 ~Vas

After seeing the reviews I went there anyway expecting the worse. When I walked in I was greeted and I was looking for pants for my grandson. They were out of stock. The young girl helped me order them online and she went way and beyond to help me. The whole time with a smile!!! I thought maybe I'm at the wrong store After seeing the reviews! the vibes in the store are so pleasant. nice variety of indie and rock music going the whole time i was there. if you’re painfully indecisive like me, karma is super helpful and patient. she put up with my foot tapping and muttering to myself, let me try on stuff before i bought it, and set me up with a good deal on a longboard. you already know i took it to the top floor and cruised down the parking garage. i’ll totally come back. ~Ray

I rarely get jewelry at Spencer’s since they are over priced. This is towards the company. I had my OG septum in for about 2 years, my second one ($5) for about 1 year. Decided to get good piece, had it in one week and it is rusted. Nose is swollen. The coloring is coming off the piercing which is what’s causing the irritation in my septum. $17 that for one piercing that you can only wear for a week. What a joke. ~Aly
