I went to get a birthday outfit for my nephew and was so worried because I don’t have kiddos so I didn’t know what to expect. But I walk in and the store is super clean and organized, and the girls working were super sweet and helpful. I am so thankful to Cynthia for helping me find my nephew the cutest outfit ever (that he said was going to have the girls in his class thinking he was “el mas chulo” than all the other boys) and I was able to get outfits for his sisters. I will definitely only be going there when getting them clothes and when I’m blessed with my own little bundle of joy. Thanks Cynthia!!

After seeing the reviews I went there anyway expecting the worse. When I walked in I was greeted and I was looking for pants for my grandson. They were out of stock. The young girl helped me order them online and she went way and beyond to help me. The whole time with a smile!!! I thought maybe I'm at the wrong store After seeing the reviews! I will shop there again!! Thank you to the girl that helped me!!!!

Im extremely upset and disappointed, over been a customer since I started having children once 10 years ago.. Long story short, I'll never spend another dime here.. They only offered to exchange for the same item different size that would of been great if they had the stuff in stock which they didn't so they couldn't help me.. It was the lack of effort in customer service now it's money wasted and I have to donate these items.. Who has money to throw away like this

I love shopping at children’s place but online. Came to pick up an order that i ordered online and there was only one person at the cashier. There is always one person at this store. This needs to stop. I should of just paid the extra 5% and had it shipped home.

Customer service is so bad here. Would rather drive to another location. Every time I walk in there is no greeting, no smile, no thank you. Hire better sales associates! I walked up to the register and said hi I need to return this. She said nothing just looked at me like she was drunk. Proceeded with the transaction and the only thing she said during the transaction is do you have the card you made the purchase with. I said yes, do you need it or should I scan it... no answer, no words once she was done.

Their customer service has declined since this year. The two heavy set woman who work here are extremely rude. They do not greet you when you walk in. Awkward stares! Dry upon check out. I will definitely shop in Southlake or Arlington before I shop at this location.

Will recommend shopping else where if you are shopping for any thing at this location. Customer services is the complete opposite of service. To make some one feel the way this place made my wife feel is unacceptable. After not just one attempt to return a gift for my daughter that didn't fit but two my wife left feeling as if she was trying to cheat a store out of 12. dollars and was still unable to return a gift that doesn't fit. Good luck to any one that has to deal with the lady that told my wife ( I guess it is yours now....) I will be telling every one I know never go to this location at least. Don't think they will stay in business long if they continue in this manner.

Customer service and the lighting in the store could be a lot better. Only 1 dressing room to serve the whole store. During back to school the wait on the dressing room could be 30-45 minuets long. Some people even resort to using the 1 bathroom as a dressing room, causing a problem for the people that need to go to the restroom.
