Found what I needed for Thanksgiving that I couldn't find anywhere else. Only complaint is if I don't bring a bag, I'm out of luck.

Big Y, the western Mass local chain supermarket, carrying all you would expect from a food store. And they don't have robots, like Stop and Plop, they hire real people. A+

Our company was doing a large-scale donut event and after a vendor cancelled on us last minute we reached out to Big Y hoping they could help us. The bakery staff was extremely helpful, allowed us to order with less than 24 hours notice and the donuts were delicious and ready for us when we arrived. The people working in the bakery even helped us carry out our order and ensured we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be using them for any future events and would highly recommend them! Thanks for helping us!

This was a really cool place. The staff were friendly and the store had plenty of groceries with a wide variety of food. I am looking forward to going back soon!

Well stocked. Friendly, helpful employees. Convenient self checkout & small carts available. Store now stocks healthy food products previously only available in specialty stores or Whole Foods.

Cool and wide array of groceries and supplies. Fairly competitive prices too and easily accessible.

I was recently here shopping and decided to place a order at the pizza dept I asked for a large margarita pizza and the girl asked "are you placing a order?" I responded "well, that's what I just did?" She responded "We can't take orders until 6pm" I replied "That's weird, it's 4pm right now so I have to wait 2hrs before I can place a order? She said yes....I ended up going somewhere else

The older woman working in the pizza/sub area is consistently one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Whatever manager responds to these will know who it is, because she’s berating customers and coworkers everytime im in that area. There are plenty of jobs around town that don’t require customer interaction. Unfortunate, because Big Y is my favorite grocery store around here.

I do like this B Y it's smaller than most Big Y. The prices of there food is outrageous, I feel like they are robbing old folks. If you go to Walmart most everything is much less expensive. Same food same name brands. Come on Mr. Demote
