Punps are junk. I had to go across road to Speedway to get gas.

waited for a shower for 40 minutes standing second in line at 1:00 at night. I work as a truck driver and every minute counts. I went to bed dirty, wish the same to a girl who, instead of preparing showers, was flirting with some other driver.

Pleased that they do not have annoying TVs at the pumps like the place across the street.

one of the most dirty truck stops, the toilets are terribly dirty, all supplies are missing including toilet paper, there is rubbish in the parking lot

Too cheap to replace the ancient pumps to take chip cards, so they make you run inside waiting in line, guess how much you want, pump then go wait in line again for the reciept

The garbage in the parking lot by the North side is absolutely disgusting. The bin is full and people still keep tossing the trash beside the bin. The trash along the bank of this pond is gross. Stinks. And needs to be addressed. Honestly didn’t even go inside to look or buy anything. I’d give zero stars if it would post

Pilot administration, so can anyone tell me what the price is for a coffee with a reward card and a Philmore mug?

Sunday 3:30 p.m. 7 Drop trailers in the parking lot, must be a drop lot for local drivers, I'm afraid to say I'm not spending time here. It's bad enough you have to pay to park in a reserved spot but to allow Drop trailers in your lot sad, I wonder if corporate knows about that? I wonder if the manager gets paid in cash to allow that to happen at their store.

Shower 3 not only has no hot water, but it goes from Luke warm to cold, and the pressure is also variable. My shower experience was absolutely horrible. The shower is very small, and there is no other place to sit down other than the toilet. I am very surprised at pilot. Usually pilot showers are comparable to the Hilton. The store is small, the lounge is basically an extra room, and there is nothing to eat here except subway. The only thing this truck stop is good for is a place to park for a ten-hour reset.
