To begin, I love that it is anytime, anywhere. I take advantage of that often when I am traveling or on vacation! However, my home gym in Munster is an awesome gym to have. In comparing with others I've gone to, they have all the amenities I need for my workout. Workout. Not to mention that the staff and everyone there is quite friendly.

There are so many great things to say about this gym! I’ve been going there for a year and never had a bad experience. The employees are friendly and very supportive!

I saw on the website that they can customize your membership. Don't believe it...I called to inquire about getting a customized membership because I did not want to do a 24 months or a 12 month locked in contract membership. I was only offered a month membership only and after that I could not do another month. They don't have a 3 or 6 month membership option, so you are forced to do the 12 or 24 month membership. That doesn't sound very accommodating...it's too bad because I really was looking forward to joining ATF :(

My husband and I went to other locations, the Munster location by far is our absolute favorite! The atmosphere is great, upbeat, always clean and you can tell the team/ management have a great culture. You have everything one could want in a gym to have a healthy lifestyle.

I haven't been to anytime fitness for about 3 weeks I had surgery still cooperating but I needed to get back started my workout again very slowly this is my very favorite place

This Is a clean professional friendly environment . The manager ,Ricky, goes out of his way to make sure every member get the most this club has to offer. He is always welcoming and available for questions. When I hadn’t been in the gym for awhile, he texted me and effortlessly got me working out again. He set me up with a perfect program for me and my budget . My personal trainer, ,Dianna, pushes me to achieve my personal best. She pushes me to limits I never thought I could do.She is encouraging ,creative ,and supportive. She is a rock star! am in the best shape of my life with this dream team on my side .

Nice new gym and equipment, sadly the staff seems more interested in talking among themselves than helping members or even saying hello. Hard to be perfectly clean but there are times when the place is a mess in the bathrooms, garbage lying around, out of sanitation wipes, etc. Management, it's time to start walking around and paying attention and maybe read from the suggestion box even if it hurts your feelings.

For being a relatively new facility, I’m satisfied with the variety of equipment available at this location. However I will say it’s become gradually disappointing to see the decline in cleanliness/housekeeping around the place and especially the bathrooms. I was going to gripe about one shower but seeing how moldy and unkempt it was just a few days ago, I made it a point to take a shower at home instead. The staff used to be very welcoming and approachable during its first year of having opened for business, but lately like someone else had mentioned, they have become very self absorbed. Just waiting for my contract to run itself out and instead try Planet Fitness

Heartbroken no heavy bag here I was hoping it would be like Anytime Fitness Merrillville on Lincoln highway or Anytime in Dyer Indiana. Not the worst gym in the Anytime chain but not close to the best Anytime can offer either. Sadly I'll have to travel further away from home when I want to do certain training. just when I thought I could go around the corner I'll still have to go way down the road to get it done. ******** Update 4/11/18 ********* Spoke with management about a couple gym enhancements like the need for a heavy bag I honestly thought the guy was just blowing me off but I came in today and he said "hey just who I wanted to see there's your new toy over there." I jumped for joy it's a brand new heavy bag. If you want a gym where they care about the patrons and your more than just a monthly payment join this gym now ! My review is being upgraded from a 4 to 5+ stars.
