Words are not enough, this place has the best coaches, and the best members ever! A second location has opened in Dyer, this allows us to use both facilities. I was a drop in. Nice facility. Lots of bikes and rowers. A very quality medium sized box. I've been to well over 200 boxes and this was a decent one. The coach I had wasn't bad (hard to pass judgement in such a brief exposure). It wasn't a super warm welcome feeling there, but not rude either.

Great coaches and members help make CF219 an awesome culture. Lots of class times and 2 locations makes it convenient. Very clean and safe workout while coaches and members push eachother for max effort and results!

The energy in this place made my crossfit experience remarkable. Thank you Kristin and Brad for helping me and my girlfriend learn the technique while pushing us to do our best. This is a great gym to start out working at as a beginner and an awesome place to push your self if your advanced. I highly recommend them. Plus they have an awesome couple discount along with a firefighter/police discount. This place will definitely get you into shape whether you like it or not:)

I was out of town on a business trip and looking for a solid box to drop in at. Let's just say I found the right one. Friendly greeting, great coaching, fair drop in price. All round good experience!
