Michelle the owner is so unprofessional and has argued with me on many occasions. When your own employees talk about you behind your back, that's a problem!! Has talked about all her dating but no one wants her, I see why. Time to move on and I will!!! Leave your personal business at home!!!

RUINED MY HAIR!!!! Asked Jess for barely anything trimmed off just a slight freshen up and maybe a SLIGHT face frame. She butchered my hair and when commented on it not being blended she swore she knew what she was doing. And I went on my way. My hair was long and gorgeous just needing a little love and now there’s not really going back I’d have to cut 7-8 inches off to even out her awful hack job. Devastated. What a waste of $50

First time here.. Made an appointment for a special occasion up do and makeup. I figured why not splurge on myself and relax while a professional did the work. Horrible idea. I paid to stress out. The lighting in the shop made the makeup look okay. But outside was another story I looked orange. I said half up half down with curls and she did all up in a bun with a few curls hanging out... when I got home my boyfriend said OMG how much did you pay for that?? I than washed my face and brushed my hair out. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Michelle saves the day!! I have been going to Michelle for as long as I can remember. Maybe from when she first started at the salon. She gives nothing less than top notch service and great conversation. My teen daughter went with a friend to the “trendy” salon in the area and got her lip waxed. Her whole upper lip was burnt and raw looking. I reached out to Michelle even though I was embarrassed that she didn’t go to her (kids never listen). Michelle had so much knowledge on the process of waxing, what could have gone wrong, and most importantly how to heal her the quickest. Another example of how Michelle goes above and beyond!!!

I can say since the pandemic the salon isn't as clean looking as it use to be. The bathroom needs remodeled and the website needs to be updated and online scheduling needs to resume. Diane is what keeps me going she provides great service and I've never had any issues with my lady parts since she began waxing me.

I get facials on a regular and use their products. I tried a couple of new products they have and I have to say I absolutely love the results. I have to say getting facials on a regular has helped my skin so much. I’m glad I listen to Michelle about getting them. I don’t wear face makeup anymore to cover anything up. Thanks Kut Above!

Kut Above is the Best salon around! It is a very clean facility with friendly staff that always offers outstanding customer service at every visit. Michelle is absolutely amazing!! She always takes the time to walk me through my indecisiveness and gives great ideas on new styles. The color she picked for my hair came out better than I had even imagined. I have been going there for years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Love Love this Salon... Happy to be back getting a professional cut and back to coming to this salon. Thank you Cristina!!! I went 2 yrs without a professional cut. I came in with hacked up hair, Yup!! I was doing my own color and cut. I fried my hair in the process of changing colors. I was not afraid to tell her what I did to my hair. She never made me feel embarrassed, ashamed or judged. We even got a good laugh about it. Cristina did a great job of cutting off as much damage as possible, while leaving enough length for the the style I currently wanted. Since that first appointment I have gone shorter. With better care and getting my trims, my hair is getting to a better state. Just came out of my third appointment and I will continue to come to Cristina for my cuts and soon a new color!! I look forward to all future appointments with her. If you're looking for a new salon, look no further!!! Great stylist here!!
